I don’t mean to be negative, because there is definitely something to be said about getting people together for 2-days to share experiences.

But as soon as the training is finished, people go back to work and will never share and learn from each other again. The training fades into a haze of information.

With the Safety Hub online training, the rep can complete the course in just a few days. And with the built in online quiz, they complete the assessment and get their result instantly. If they get the questions wrong, they can keep trying until they prove they understand the training.

Inside The Course

The H&S rep course is presented inside the private Safety Hub Community. (This is not a Facebook group, but a top-level private membership platform where everything is organised and easy to find.)

It includes the course work, recommended readings and resources curated and relevant to each section and built in assessments that will let you know instantly if you understand the material.

Each section of the course aligns to the legally prescribed unit standard (US29315), so that you can be sure your team get trained on what they need to know. These sections are:

• Section 1: Worksafe and PCBU Duties. Discover what Worksafe and the business must do for workers (and what they don’t do)
