The reason I became a health and safety representative was to have a voice firstly for myself and secondly for my colleagues. Having a say in how SOPs are created and policy around the everyday tasks that we complete is essential to a healthy workplace relationship with management and the wider company.

I was able to do the online course in my own time and even during work time. There were no restrictions in terms of having to get time off work.

The structure of the course read well and the information made sense and flowed nicely into the next section. I have done other courses that were the complete opposite and it was a struggle to retain any information.

If you a looking for an online course for H&S representation at work check this course out. I would highly recommend this course because of the simplicity and knowledge you gain from it and you choose when to do it.
